Terms of Service

The relationship between MediaPilot (“we”, the “Service”) and you (the “User”) is governed by these terms. We may update the terms from time to time; we will give advance notice of material changes.

MediaPilot is an AI sales-assistant platform for Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger. The Service provides automatic replies to comments and direct messages, catalog-based price confirmation, handover of chats to a human teammate, order-taking, a customer base, and reports. Features may be changed or extended without prior notice.

• You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account and all activity in it.
• If you notice unauthorized access, notify us immediately.

When using the Service, the following is prohibited:

• Sending spam, fraudulent, illegal, or misleading messages.
• Violating others' rights, distributing malware, or attempting to disrupt the Service.
• Using the Service contrary to the law or the rules of social media platforms.
• Connecting accounts that do not belong to you or acting on behalf of others without authorization.

MediaPilot operates through the APIs of Meta (Instagram, Facebook) and other platforms. You must comply with those platforms' own terms and policies (e.g., the Meta Platform Terms). We are not liable for your violations of platform rules; in such cases account access may be restricted.

• The Service offers free and paid plans. Paid plan prices and features are listed on the site.
• Payments are charged in advance for the chosen subscription period.
• You may cancel a plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

The MediaPilot brand, design, and software belong to us. Content you enter (catalog, messages) remains yours; you grant us only the rights necessary to provide the service.

The Service is provided “as is”. AI replies are generated automatically and are not guaranteed to always be correct. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Responsibility for final customer communication and business decisions remains with you.

To the extent permitted by law, MediaPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (lost profit, data, or opportunity). Our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

You may close your account at any time. If you violate these terms, we reserve the right to suspend or restrict your access. After termination, data is deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

We may amend these terms. Updated terms are published on this page and take effect from the date of publication.
